Absolutely dreadful, I asked for a scissor trim but the barber insisted on using clippers on the sides claiming it would achieve the same result - it did not. The back of my hair was a mystery, I left in dismay. They lack the confidence to clarify customer preferences and have limited skills in delivering a natural cut. Their reliance on scissors for the top is evident, I opted out of letting them touch my beard for fear of disaster.
My significant other had his hair styled today and was pleased with the outcome, we will definitely return in the near future.
