Outstanding service, aim to arrive early or on time to secure a parking spot as otherwise, you may need to find alternative parking. The staff are incredibly helpful and ensure everything is prepared for your ride. Located just across from the trail's starting point. Couldn't find a single fault. I had a 4-year-old on a tag along attached to my bike, and it was a smooth ride with no hills or challenging sections.
Fabulous little rental spot conveniently located next to the camel trail, ideal for either route. Bicycles were impeccably maintained and all worked perfectly, lots of considerate touches like each bike equipped with a pannier and lock. We encountered a minor issue with one of the seats, but a quick call to the number on the bike frame had the team promptly assisting us with sincere apologies, easily fixed with an Allen key. The dog carriers provided here were of exceptional quality, and our canine companion had a fantastic outing. Compared to some dog trailers we saw from other rental shops, these were far superior. Booking online was a breeze and they were accommodating with sizes and bike adjustments upon arrival. A delightful team to interact with.
We reached the complimentary parking and were swiftly on our way along the path within 5 minutes. Helpful individuals, great sense of humour. The bicycles were delightful and well-maintained, gear changes were seamless. Each bike came with a lock and a pannier. I would definitely return here next time.
