I popped into the salon in St. Ives today without a booking for some hair colour advice following a mishap with pool chlorine!
The team there were exceptional - the salon head directed a trainee to give me a special rinse and hair mask, and their care and guidance were top-notch! I'm thrilled with the results!!

I had a massage and facial from Alex whilst in the middle of a walking holiday. Alex was really friendly and professional and went out of her way to make things work in a slightly less than optimal hotel room, and make me feel really comfortable. The massage was perfect for recovery and relaxation. I could tell that she tailored things to work on areas that needed it and after I felt really rejuvenated. The facial too was great and my skin was glowing for days after. Again she took my needs into account. The products were great, smelled delicious and all in all a fantastic experience. Worth every penny.
