During an emergency, I briefly parked at the pharmacy late at night and received a substantial fine. This unethical behaviour has deterred me from ever patronising this establishment. I advise against parking or purchasing from them based on my experience and that of others.
Overall, the service was satisfactory with friendly staff and convenient parking. However, a promised appointment to set up the Day Lewis app was not honoured, leading to a wasted journey. The staff seemed uninformed about the app and the pharmacist was unavailable despite prior advice. This lack of professionalism led to the loss of our business.
Today's visit was exceptional, with the pharmacist providing attentive care for my health concern. This exemplifies the standard of service that NHS Pharmacy First should strive for. I highly recommend this pharmacy for health advice.
