I popped into the salon in St. Ives today without a booking for some hair colour advice following a mishap with pool chlorine! The team there were exceptional - the salon head directed a trainee to give me a special rinse and hair mask, and their care and guidance were top-notch! I'm thrilled with the results!! I highly recommend them and will definitely be back. Thank you all so much 😊

Regrettably, my daughter had a terrible haircut at this place, her hair looks uneven and completely off, but the biggest letdown was the lack of customer service and empathy from the manager. Despite asking multiple times, no refund was offered, and they didn't seem interested in fixing the mistake. Terrible experience, won't be returning.
