Visited for lunch on Sunday. Being a selective vegetarian, I struggled to choose between two options. I sought the server's advice and followed it. I asked to swap the egg for avocado (picky, I know!), and it was no trouble at all. The food was absolutely perfect, incredibly delicious. The flavours were excellent, portions were generous, and everything harmonised beautifully. I adored it. Apparently, the latte wasn't top-notch, but as a non-coffee drinker, that didn't bother me at all!
Attended the Flying Tiger Chinese BBQ pop up evening. The atmosphere was fantastic. The place was bustling, which was wonderful to observe. The food was delightful, and the dessert was heavenly, especially the duck. I would definitely return for another pop-up event, perhaps a Greek-themed night. All the menus looked enticing. Ample parking was available, and dogs were also welcomed. The drinks were reasonably priced, with cocktails at £11 and a glass of wine at £9.
I've been a patron here for around 5 years with my partner and their family, mainly for their scrumptious breakfasts! Their service is impeccable, always friendly and attentive. We've sampled various dishes, all with satisfying portion sizes, and the coffee is also excellent. I can't recommend this place enough; I always eagerly anticipate returning during our trips to Cornwall 🫶🏼
