Absolutely dreadful experience here. I visited for a facial and manicure. The facial room was unclean and not tidied between clients. I felt pressured into buying products I didn't want, and the staff's attitude towards me was borderline discriminatory. The extraction of blackheads was so rough that I ended up with marks on my face, and I was left in tears. On top of that, the room was uncomfortably cold, and the quality of the manicure was atrocious. A truly unpleasant visit.
The service here was unbelievably bad. Upon arrival, I was quoted £15 for a hand shellac, but the price was increased to £18 without warning. Furthermore, they insisted on cash payment only. To top it off, my nail polish chipped off after just three days. I will not be returning and strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
My nails were done by Vir last Friday, the 12th, and I can't find the right words to describe the experience. The lady who did my nails was pregnant and lacked expertise. She poorly removed my previous shellac and had to ask her colleague for guidance throughout the process. Despite the low price of £18, my nails broke within two days. I was made to feel guilty for her lack of skill, which added to the disappointment.
