Absolutely dreadful experience here. I visited for a facial and manicure. The facial room was unclean and not tidied between clients. I felt pressured into buying products I didn't want, and the staff's attitude towards me was borderline discriminatory. The extraction of blackheads was so rough that I ended up with marks on my face, and I was left in tears. On top of that, the room was uncomfortably cold, and the quality of the manicure was atrocious.
