Billy gives the most fabulous haircuts, especially for those with curly locks. He truly grasped how to manage curls and delivered precisely what I desired. My haircut looks absolutely stunning. Absolutely dreadful, that individual should be prohibited from laying hands on anyone's hair, the haircut was shockingly basic. I showed her images, and the final outcome was AWFUL. I'll need to grow out my hair to rectify it or chop it much shorter than I had intended. Even my children could have done a better job for free...
I scheduled an appointment around a week beforehand as my hair hadn't been trimmed since before the commencement of lockdown and I hadn't had my hair dyed in a salon for years. My hair had grown incredibly long and there were numerous grey hairs sprouting. I conducted my patch test and they evaluated how my hair would respond to the bleach, as I wanted highlights. With my very dark hair, I aimed to add some tone. We deliberated on potential colours and choices. My appointment was set for 10.30 am as they advised me to arrive early. I now understand why they recommended that. They dedicated the entire day to my hair and put in so much effort and attention to detail to get it just right. I had highlights and colour applied to my roots to conceal the greys. Additionally, I had a significant 4 to 6 inches chopped off my hair with layers and feathering. I couldn't find a single flaw. I felt incredibly special and well looked after. I will definitely be returning.
