Booked my appointment online, arrived promptly, and waited for 20 minutes (seems like they accepted a walk-in instead of me) before deciding to leave. No apology, no customer service, and the barber was engrossed in his phone while cutting another client's hair? Absurd.
Had my hair styled by a chap named Oscar who also provided helpful advice on a more contemporary look. Overall, a fantastic experience at a classic barbershop with a modern twist.
Recently relocated to the neighbourhood, I've been on the hunt for a top-notch men's barber to maintain my hair. Recommended by the gentleman who installed our intelligent meter, I visited Lens Barbers and had a fantastic experience with David. He gave me an exceptional haircut, rectifying a previous cut from another barber, and engaged in lively, positive conversation in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Can't wait for my next appointment.
