The children's clothing selection is lovely, and the children's hairdressing service is top-notch. My grandsons are regular clients and always have a wonderful experience.
The shop and salon are absolutely delightful. Every person we encountered was incredibly welcoming, and our stylist, Jenni, was truly exceptional. My twin grandchildren felt comfortable right away, and their haircuts turned out wonderfully. They are already excited for their next visit!

The lady in charge, while initially appearing amiable, is actually quite impolite and unfriendly. Perhaps she could benefit from a customer service course or consider hiring someone more suited for the role to ensure the success of the business. This experience may be suitable for deaf parents or those looking to teach their children a lesson in encountering unkind individuals, but for those seeking quality products and respectful service, I suggest looking elsewhere and taking heed of similar negative reviews. It's important to mention that my critique pertains to the clothing and shoe section only, as the hair salon is managed by a different individual.
