Regrettably, I left the salon with no discernible change to my appearance but a noticeable dent in my wallet. Throughout the appointment, there was a distinct lack of communication, creating an unwelcoming and elitist atmosphere that deterred me from expressing my dissatisfaction. Interestingly, my initial review for the salon awarded five stars following a stellar service by a former employee, who unfortunately departed on maternity leave and never returned.
