Leon’s cuisine pleasantly surprises, coffee too. Poached egg pots, yogurt with banana and honey, greens and grains - all delightful. Downstairs could use a spruce up, but the upstairs seating area is spacious and inviting, with a classic dark wood industrial vibe and plenty of windows. A perfect spot to work on your laptop.

I had a 10am appointment with Elena for a full head of highlights, cut, and style. However, I departed the salon at 2:45pm with damp hair, no haircut, and no styling. Elena applied bleach to my hair around 10:15am and rinsed it off at 2pm. Not only did she leave the bleach on for over 3 hours, but she also reapplied it midway. Despite claiming 8 years of experience, she neglected the fact that prolonging bleach exposure only leads to more damage, not better results. By the time she washed my hair, it was breaking off, yet she continued to comb through my wet, fragile strands with a small comb. My hair was falling out in clumps due to her combing technique and choice of brush. Elena then blamed me for the breakage, alleging that I had bleached my hair in the past 6 months, which was untrue. I clarified that I hadn't bleached my hair in over a year, but she accused me of lying, stating that one of us was not telling the truth. She pointed out uneven lightness in my hair, insinuating that I must have bleached it. As a natural blonde who came in with brunette hair, my hair naturally lightens unevenly, especially in the sun. I left the salon feeling shaken after the worst treatment I've ever experienced. It was highly unprofessional, and my hair will require months to recover from the severe damage. I received a refund for the haircut I never received, but after the damage already inflicted, I had no desire for Elena to touch my hair again. I will not be returning to this salon.

I wholeheartedly recommend Agatha. They are exceptional and exceptionally talented hairdresser. I wish I had met them sooner! I am thrilled with the sombre they have created. They have a plethora of hairstyling ideas and always ensure I look fabulous.

I have been a patron here for the past 3 years, and the service I have received has been exceptional. I typically opt for a cut and blow dry, but also indulge in treatments and colour. The team is informative, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My personal hairstylist is Maya, and she has been outstanding in cutting and styling my hair, offering the right guidance during a period when I experienced thinning hair post-surgery. I have also found Alex, the manager of the branch, always polite and accommodating, especially when my work demands last-minute appointments. I would wholeheartedly recommend this branch.

My initial experience at Pose was fantastic. Scheduled a hair appointment for a cut and blow dry, and required a treatment as my hair was in dire need. Imogen was incredibly knowledgeable in recommending the appropriate treatment for my hair and executed the haircut flawlessly - my hair has been transformed and appears much healthier post-salon visit. The salon was spotless, and the staff were extremely friendly, especially Ervis who cut my hair today and did an outstanding job! I am thrilled with the haircut as he executed exactly what I had asked for, which is a pleasant surprise from a hairdresser. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Additionally, I enjoyed a delicious cappuccino and a small biscuit. No complaints from me; I found the pricing to be competitive.
