I had a hair appointment scheduled for 6pm today. I made the booking online and received an automated confirmation with a reference number, so I assumed everything was set. I pressed the intercom and after about 5 minutes, a woman greeted me. She was friendly but seemed a bit puzzled about my presence. I walked for half an hour only to be informed that the hairdresser wasn't available for some reason and to call her directly. I chose not to call as I was clearly told she wasn't there, and I needed my hair done that day. It would have been acceptable if I had been informed beforehand, but the lack of communication led to a wasted trip. I cannot recommend this salon.About

I had a wonderful time learning Reiki from Michael. He was extremely knowledgeable and spiritual, and I gained a wealth of knowledge from him. The techniques he shared have proven to be immensely beneficial in my daily life. I particularly appreciated his clear explanations and his engaging teaching approach. As a beauty therapist myself, this requirement seemed unnecessary and unusual. Despite my skepticism, I followed through and even consulted my local clinic, who confirmed that such a request was unheard of.
