I have been a regular at Mia's nails for several years now. The staff there are incredibly courteous and always make me feel at ease. Whenever I call to book an appointment, they manage to fit me in right away. I've tried various nail salons recently, but Mia's is by far the most down-to-earth and ensures a relaxing and comfortable experience. They take the time to ensure your satisfaction with your nails and address any concerns promptly. The customer service here is absolutely dreadful 😑. The gentleman with tattoos was incredibly rude, unfriendly, and had poor communication skills. He muttered under his breath and displayed a negative attitude throughout the interaction. I did not see him smile once. This was by far the worst experience I've had, and I cannot recommend this place. It's unfortunate. I suggest that the management consider providing training to improve the customer service skills of their staff. The only member of the staff who was friendly, helpful, and had proper manners was the Asian lady who initially took my appointment.
