I've visited Charlie for a haircut 4 times now and have had fantastic experiences each time. It's my first time going back to the same hairdresser more than once and I've been in Manchester for 9 years. I always opt for a women's cut and blow-dry, as I don't do any colour or treatments, but I always leave feeling fabulous. The salon is immaculate and contemporary. I showed her some pictures of the haircut I wanted, and she listened attentively and provided valuable advice. Her customer service is exceptional, offering me a drink and even hanging my coat for me. The head massage during the hair wash was superb, and the price was reasonable at £55.
