This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner. It seems like the pricing is ad hoc rather than following a fixed rate as advertised.About
