I've been using keracare products for years now. Despite their higher price point, their superior quality means that a little goes a long way. However, when I purchased keracare shampoo from this particular store, which seems to have changed ownership, I was disappointed to find that the shampoo was very watery. Instead of needing just a pea-sized amount, I had to use a tablespoon to try and get it to lather up. I ended up having to buy another bottle from a different store, which was of much better quality. It's important for the store to inquire about their suppliers and address why the quality has declined. Otherwise, more customers will likely have the same experience and choose not to return.
