My initial visit was pleasant with a soothing massage, but the gel manicure I received from a person who appeared to be in a sour mood/impatient. This should have been a warning sign, yet I returned two weeks later for another gel manicure done by a different individual who was much more amiable, although lacking knowledge of prices or how to process my payment. Just two days later, my gel manicure started to peel, not even lasting until the beginning of the work week. I am reluctant to pay £45 for a manicure that peels off within 48 hours. Overall, my experience at this place has been disappointing. I rate it 3 stars for the massage, but I will not be returning.
The atmosphere here is delightful, with a friendly and relaxed vibe. The Swedish massage was excellent. Truly a hidden treasure waiting to be unearthed!
This salon surpasses all others I have visited. Despite now residing outside of London, I make the journey specifically for pedicures, waxing, and massages every few months! Lisa's waxing is the least painful I have ever encountered, and the pedicures remain pristine for 6 weeks. The massage is unparalleled. The team is exceptional, and the ambience exudes tranquillity.
