Three staff engrossed in their devices. Purchasing cosmetics can be daunting, a challenging task... these employees did not alleviate the process. It felt like I was inconveniencing them. I was ready to make a substantial purchase of new lipsticks and eyeshadows, including some for my daughter, but their dismissive attitude led me to depart.
