Nana did such a great job with my hair, so happy with it. Friendly service and reasonable prices, this will be my go to salon from now on.
I had a problem with my service initially in another review, and I really appreciate the owner’s kind response. I agree that I should have voiced my concerns at the time, but as an anxious person, I struggle with conflict. I also misunderstood how a straight blow dry would look. While I found the product scents strong due to my sensitive nose, I know this isn’t an issue for everyone and I did mention the smell was nice indeed just became strong for me as I went on with my day. I’m grateful for the owner’s professionalism and the refund she kindly issued. Apologies for any hassle caused, and thank you again for your understanding and time ♥️
