Due to strenuous work and heavy lifting, my lumbar region was in excruciating pain, hindering my mobility significantly! I called and spoke to the welcoming receptionist, managing to secure a booking within an hour. HANDS DOWN THE BEST DECISION I MADE FOR MYSELF. I cannot emphasise enough how wonderful Morag is. I immediately sensed her positive energy and kind nature, which are crucial for me. Morag is a true expert in her craft. Being new to Scottish massage, it was quite an adventure 😂, but I placed my trust in the process. After the session, I walked out feeling light on my feet, with the spasms and aches in my back significantly alleviated. I am so relaxed, and even my mother noticed a positive change in my demeanour, a stark contrast to how I had been feeling and sounding all week.
