I made a reservation for a pedicure at 11.45am today. I arrived punctually and was asked to take a seat. By 12, I was seated with my feet soaking in water. The technician then proceeded to attend to a new client's nails without acknowledging me. At 12.15pm, I inquired when someone would begin my pedicure. (there were 3 employees present) I was informed it would be 2 minutes. There was no apology for the delay or explanation. By 12.30pm, I opted to leave. I understand that delays can occur, but there was no point at which an apology or explanation was offered. They have permanently lost my patronage.
