I was able to secure a last-minute appointment at the salon, and the staff were very polite and friendly.
I spent over £70 for a soak off, a full set, and gel nails for my daughter. Unfortunately, one nail from her gel set came off in less than 24 hours. When I called to have it fixed, the person on the phone told me to come at 9:30, even though the salon isn't open at that time. I'm now standing outside the shop with my daughter, but there's no sign of any staff. I rearranged my schedule to bring her back here. This salon has a history of overbooking and making clients wait, which is extremely frustrating. I suggest going elsewhere for better service.
