Just had my hydrafacial done with the lovely lady here! My skin looks and more importantly feels so great!! Also had a nice relaxing head massage and a good chat! The whole experience felt very personalised!
I had my first hydra facial from Max - oh my word. I never get bad skin and have had months of bad skin and nothing was handling it... absolutely nothing. Max did the most amazing DEEP clean facial and hydra facial and knew exactly what my skin needed and my skin has cleared up in a matter of days so much. It is also not RIDICULOUSLY expensive compared to other places in London but the results are better. I cannot recommend him enough.
The first time I went I felt he was short with me and made me feel like an inconvenience. I'd bought 3 treatments on Groupon so decided to ignore the way he made me feel and still go for the other appointments. Today I arrived for my second appointment to find he'd moved my appointment whilst I was on my way there and the salon was closed, the shutters were down. There was no phone call to ask me if the appointment could be moved which is common courtesy. I was annoyed but I waited, only to continue waiting past the time my appointment had been rescheduled for and 15 minutes more. I took a photo of the shutters and time and got straight onto Groupon to complain. It's now awaiting a refund. I would warn others against using this salon, it doesnt look particularly clean anyway. The first appointment I also had to wait outside while the doors were locked. Luckily it wasn't raining but that's not a welcome. When he did eventually arrive, 30 mins past the original appointment time I told him I was leaving and that he should have called me BEFORE moving the appointment and to tell me he was running late BEFORE the rescheduled appointment time. It's disrespectful of my time and my custom. Groupon have all the proof, including the text he sent me after grovelling. Terrible.
