I underwent a procedure on 5th Jan, I've experienced a few procedures here and am extremely satisfied with the outcomes and the service. Appointments are consistently punctual, welcoming and professional, and the results have met my expectations. Any concerns have been addressed during follow-up appointments two weeks after the initial visit, which has been incredibly beneficial.
I have undergone a series of HydraFacial treatments and did not observe any improvement / change. There might be other factors (I am certain the treatment works for some) but personally, I have seen much better results after laser / dermaplaning which this clinic does not provide. I have also noticed scarring following one of the treatments - I don't have before / after photos so it's not possible to prove this was caused by the treatment but it appeared a day after the session. Lastly, I found the customer service to be unpleasant / unhelpful - focused on denying any responsibility rather than resolving the issue which I would anticipate - I believe we should all be on the same team and strive for the best results.
Just had a treatment with Sam today (peel and eye massage add on). Commenced with a thorough skin consultation, where we discussed my skin worries before choosing a peel that suited my needs. Sam provided me with a sense of reassurance, and the treatment was exceptional. My skin feels rejuvenated, and my complexion appears more radiant. Many thanks! I will definitely return!
