The wonderful Max did my initial brows microblading as well as the follow-up. I cannot find a single fault. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome and the care I received. He is professional, hygienic, welcoming, and his services are reasonably priced. He even shared tips on prolonging the treatment's effects and also on caring for my eyelashes. I will definitely be returning to him for all my lash and brow needs!
Max listed microblading on Treatwell for £130 but charged me £220 for microblading + 1 top-up session included in the price. On the day, he convinced me to add shading for an extra £50, bringing the total to £270. During the appointment, he expressed dissatisfaction with my brow shape, struggled with the procedure, and I experienced significant discomfort as the numbing cream wore off. He used an eyebrow stencil, lacking mapping skills, repeatedly drawing and wiping. Four weeks later, when I tried to book a top-up, he had no suitable slots available. Another four weeks passed, and he had a cancellation, offering me an appointment. However, the night before, at 10pm, he requested a time change to 1pm from my original 11:30am, which I couldn't accommodate. He then booked another client in my slot, proposing to be late for my appointment or suggesting a reschedule. When I politely asked for a refund, he refused. He subsequently altered prices and information on Treatwell, claiming he owed me nothing when he actually owed me £90 for the top-up that I paid for, as he stated it was included in the £220 price. He is now withholding the £90 refund for the top-up microblading, as I no longer wish to continue using his services. I would not recommend him.
