The service here is appalling, staff lack knowledge and communication skills, and have a bad attitude. Orders are often not ready for collection on the selected dates, wasting customers' time. Colleagues seem to lack any useful information or customer service skills, dismissing online orders as not their concern. If that's the case, why provide specific dates for order collection? It's frustrating to have to come to the store only to encounter unhelpful staff. There's no online option to cancel orders, and no immediate customer service assistance available. Companies offering such poor service should be shut down or banned by trading authorities in the UK. I doubt they even pay corporation tax. My experience today was a waste of time and energy dealing with colleagues like Tanya, who couldn't even check the order properly and instead argued about its origin. If I wanted to investigate the company, I would go to Companies House. Please train your staff to assist customers or consider closing your stores.
This store hardly resembles a Boots at all. They seem to sell more sandwiches than medication. It's almost like a WHSmith at this point. I wouldn't go out of my way to find anything there because I'm certain they won't have it. The only items available are travel essentials like razors and deodorant.
I needed to purchase pads, but the machine was out of order and wouldn't accept payment. I had to leave as I was running late. The machines are useless, and the staff just stand around without offering any help. It's frustrating when they ask if the machine is not working - of course it's not! Boots fails to provide basic customer service, and due to the lack of a cashier, I couldn't buy pads. It's disappointing that a pharmacy like Boots is so unreliable. They should have at least one cashier, especially for elderly customers who may need assistance. It's clear that Boots doesn't care about its customers, particularly in a station where inclusivity should be a priority. Another letdown from Boots.
