I had a rather challenging experience with them. Despite my best efforts to convey my haircut preferences, the service fell short of my expectations. I even left a £5 tip, but my hair was not cut as I had envisioned, which left me quite disheartened. I wouldn't recommend coming here for a haircut; it was a terrible and disappointing experience.
Jasmine is a fantastic hairdresser! Not only did she take my vague description of what I wanted and transform my hair, through a skilful cut and colour, into an amazing style, but she is also a warm empathic person who was a delight to chat with. Will definitely be back.
Absolutely fantastic haircut and service, it was a very welcoming atmosphere especially for someone who hadn’t been to a hairdresser in a long time. Would highly recommend to anyone.
