I had my nails (and waxing) done here 2 days before my wedding. Unfortunately, they filed my nails very short and square which meant they were much too short for the colour I wanted. Also my pedicure looked a bit odd as the colour was not applied to the nail bed. I contacted them to explain that I would have to have the colour removed and a light colour applied as they were filed too short, or a fake nail applied.
Literally the the worst eyelashes I've ever had in my life. I arrive and ask to see some photos of their work so I can get an idea on what lashes they do, in which the woman just responded ‘we are very good’ and didn't show me any pictures. I had around 20% of lashes left on my eyes from a month ago, and the woman didn’t even WIPE or clean the makeup round my eyes before starting or removing all the old lashes. Clearly they have no idea about health and safety or hygiene. They now look like this, after just two days. I’m absolutely disgusted to of payed £80. These people need to go on an eyelash course x
