I've been residing in the United Kingdom since May and couldn't be any happier. My spouse purchased a voucher for me to have a nail appointment, and the therapist kindly offered me another voucher at the same price to gauge whether I enjoy their services and establish a long-term relationship. Such thoughtful consideration for their clientele. I now regularly visit her as part of a plan they tailored for both my nails and massages. The establishment exudes a calming atmosphere; when it's just me in the room, unwinding to music, I have a fantastic time. They prioritize client privacy and safety, especially during the ongoing pandemic. I can't praise this place enough. Additional note: Their exceptional service means they are often fully booked and busy, making it challenging to secure a convenient slot for yourself.
Underwent a massage through Groupon with therapist 4. Initially, it was a male therapist, and to be frank, I didn't feel entirely at ease. However, since I didn't inquire about the therapist's identity beforehand, I shouldn't dwell on it. The massage was supposed to last an hour but concluded in 35 minutes. The consultation took place from 10.06 to 10.14 am, with a few minutes before the actual massage began. The session ended at 10.52. I CANNOT RECOMMEND.
I was gifted a Groupon voucher for a massage. LBH operates in a clinical setting, and I felt that the massage was somewhat of an afterthought in their establishment. The room was chilly, there were no towels provided for coverage, the massage lasted 40 minutes (due to a delayed start, not my fault, and included a consultation), the lighting was bright, and the adjacent rooms were noisy. I had no say in the type of massage, and despite it being advertised as a full-body massage, only my back and legs were tended to - my neck, arms, or feet were neglected. Additionally, Groupon customers should take note that the available time slots are scarce and mostly offered at 8 am on weekdays.
