I moved jobs and Laserpod became too inconvenient for me to get to, I went to another clinic (Therapy) to get my legs done and their results were TERRIBLE. She delivered one of the best results I've ever had, and I've been getting my hair done for years. The colour is simply wonderful, and the haircut is exactly what I had in mind. I received a delightful treatment and enjoyed a nice cup of tea in a very relaxing environment. Hina provided excellent customer service and the off-peak prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, my laser hair removal treatment did not deliver the expected results. Initially, my hair was gone between sessions for a few weeks, but it gradually grew back. Even after completing the full course, my hair started growing back normally. I raised my concerns with the salon, but despite assurances of a follow-up, I have not received any communication for months. I had my nails (and waxing) done here 2 days before my wedding. Unfortunately, they filed my nails very short and square which meant they were much too short for the colour I wanted. Also my pedicure looked a bit odd as the colour was not applied to the nail bed. I contacted them to explain that I would have to have the colour removed and a light colour applied as they were filed too short, or a fake nail applied.About

When I raised my concerns about increased hair growth in areas where I never had hair before, the consultants and senior manager quickly brushed me off.
