I moved jobs and Laserpod became too inconvenient for me to get to, I went to another clinic (Therapy) to get my legs done and their results were TERRIBLE. My visit to this salon was fantastic, particularly with the stylist named Hina who took care of my hair colour, cut, and blow dry. She delivered one of the best results I've ever had, and I've been getting my hair done for years. The colour is simply wonderful, and the haircut is exactly what I had in mind. I received a delightful treatment and enjoyed a nice cup of tea in a very relaxing environment. Hina provided excellent customer service and the off-peak prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, my laser hair removal treatment did not deliver the expected results. Initially, my hair was gone between sessions for a few weeks, but it gradually grew back. Even after completing the full course, my hair started growing back normally. I raised my concerns with the salon, but despite assurances of a follow-up, I have not received any communication for months. With balanced hormones and suitable hair type, I am perplexed and disappointed. While Alex was kind, I feel like I've wasted nearly £800, as my hair remains unchanged.About

Also my pedicure looked a bit odd as the colour was not applied to the nail bed.
