I've been a patron for a few years now, and have always been thoroughly content with my time at sk:n clinic. The establishment itself has consistently maintained exceptional cleanliness, and all team members have consistently displayed politeness and warmth. My treatments are overseen by, Amanda. She conducts herself with utmost professionalism, imparts valuable information, exudes kindness, and ensures my comfort throughout the process. I wholeheartedly endorse her and the clinic.

On the whole, my visit was positive; the clinic was spotless, and the staff were thoughtful :) I opted for laser hair removal, and while there has been a reduction in hair growth, I still have a notable amount of regrowth even months later. This may be acceptable for individuals unconcerned about achieving a completely smooth outcome.

I express profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent visit. Initially, I had an appointment for a facial. However, upon arrival, it turned out to be a sales pitch, and I was informed that I would not be receiving a facial during that visit. Consequently, I ended up purchasing a package of 3 peels. During one session for a light peel, I discovered only after completing a form that the procedure couldn't be done if one had recently taken antibiotics. Despite this, I was still charged for the service from the package I had bought. No prior information was provided to alert me to this restriction. The practitioner displayed rudeness, the receptionist was unprofessional, and the overall atmosphere lacked basic etiquette. There was a noticeable food odour at the reception area, and there was minimal acknowledgment of my presence. In essence, I advise against engaging with this establishment. There are numerous other reputable clinics that are more deserving of your attention. This company typifies the impersonal nature of many corporate entities, where clients are merely statistics with little regard for their experience.
