I patiently stood in line for 15 minutes, next in line to pay at the counter - completely overlooked - one staff member assisting the customer in front of me who had already paid - requesting complimentary samples. Two other available staff members were simply wandering around and didn't even acknowledge my presence. Consequently, I opted not to make a purchase at this store due to such inadequate customer service.
My interaction with Maria was exceptional. She took my exhausted and dull face and transformed me into the finest version of myself! Maria understood my desire to maintain a natural yet glamorous look. I am overjoyed with my experience and all the guidance I received on skincare and cosmetics throughout the process. Without a doubt, it's a five-star rating from me!
I adore this shop. The individuals here are consistently kind and supportive - a stark contrast to the SpaceNK at the opposite side of Edinburgh Waverley station and the branch in Glasgow. I purchased all my wedding cosmetics here and regularly come back when I require top-notch cruelty-free products. The staff is incredibly helpful even if you have to wait a while to catch someone's attention. But it's definitely worth it.
