I have frequented Therapies At the Grocery for some time now and would wholeheartedly recommend them to all, the moment you step into their premises, you feel a sense of tranquillity. I have received remarkable healing from Zara Connolly, I am aware she possesses extraordinary healing talents which I have experienced firsthand, she is a gracious individual, proficient and perceptive. I have also previously booked a session with Leo who provided me with an exceptional massage that left me feeling rejuvenated and as though he had shifted and cleared energy blockages within me. I highly recommend, as I consistently depart feeling rejuvenated, younger, invigorated and refreshed.
The establishment is exquisitely designed and the team are incredibly friendly and hospitable. I immediately felt at ease. I had reserved a 1-hour deep tissue massage. It was without a doubt the most exceptional massage I have ever experienced. Sebastian was exceptional - clearly a highly skilled and knowledgeable masseur. He adjusted the pressure to suit my preferences and took the time to address my specific areas of concern. By the end of the hour, I felt absolutely fantastic. I will certainly be returning! Oh, and the cafe on the upper floor is a perfect spot for a post-massage indulgence.
