I’ve been frequenting this establishment since it was London Grace. The team are delightful and the new palette is quite enjoyable. Iona is exceptional and has just pampered my nails for my birthday which I adore! Iona and the team are personable, skilled, and highly professional. Can't recommend them highly enough!
It's fantastic to have the option to have a manicure and pedicure done simultaneously and it's wonderful that the salon is open on a Sunday. The level of cleanliness is top-notch. All the staff are charming and very knowledgeable. The iPad colour display for vibrant shades could use some improvement - but I'm aware that the team is working on it. Overall, a great experience!
