I have previously left a positive review, but my recent experience earlier this week was disappointing. I specifically requested a medium brown tint with a slight arch, but the colour was off and the shape was straight. The tint has faded significantly. I am not pleased with the new employees - they are not engaging, and they converse in their own language, which is off-putting. I have never seen any of these women before, and the quality of service has declined since the staff change.
I will not be returning to this establishment. The entire experience was dreadful. I visited for a pedicure, as it was not my usual place, but I was in a hurry. During my session, there was a disruptive individual with her child using inappropriate language. While I understand this was beyond the staff's control, they failed to address the situation. The technician seemed inexperienced, as she accidentally nicked me multiple times with the electric nail file. The application of gel polish was messy and uneven, with visible patches. Two weeks later, the nails are lifting, indicating improper removal of the previous polish. I am hesitant to request a refund, but I will contact the salon to address my concerns. I will consider removing this review if my issues are resolved.
Today, I had my eyebrows threaded, as I prefer a clean and natural approach. The technician was friendly, meticulous, and gentle. I am satisfied with the service and will definitely return. Thank you so much.
