Absolutely adored my lash treatment @ Lash Beauty with Mia today. I opted for a set of Classic Lashes and they look incredibly natural and stunning. Engaging conversation during the session and received helpful aftercare advice along with the most adorable lash brush to maintain my beautiful lashes. I had never been to Hobson & Holmes before, but a local beauty therapist friend recommended it. Kate was not only a skilled hairdresser but also a delightful individual. I recently visited this salon for a haircut and style. I brought my two 10-year-old daughters here twice this year, and they absolutely enjoyed it. The hairstylists even added hair chalk to their new hairstyles, which they loved. The staff at this salon are incredibly kind, welcoming, and great with children. Hannah is a true gem 💎. She guides you through each step with such calmness. It's incredibly reassuring and professional. I have no clue how she did it, but I felt absolutely no pain, which made me ecstatic. I felt completely rejuvenated after my lip appointment, a genuine angel 😇. Overcrowded, unclean, and worn out. Our visit for a spa day only lasted 20 minutes in the "spa." While the treatments were pleasant, it was evident that the staff were pressured to sell products rather than provide a relaxing experience. Even the café was dirty. I have previously left a positive review, but my recent experience earlier this week was disappointing. I specifically requested a medium brown tint with a slight arch, but the colour was off and the shape was straight. The tint has faded significantly. I am not pleased with the new employees - they are not engaging, and they converse in their own language, which is off-putting. I have never seen any of these women before, and the quality of service has declined since the staff change.
