I have visited this salon quite frequently and have generally been happy with the service and manicures. However, during my last visit over a month ago, everything seemed fine initially. The day after, I experienced intense pain under the nail beds and around the tips of my nails. I have tried to pinpoint the cause, as I have never experienced this before. It seems to be related to something used on my nails at the salon or something that wasn't used properly. I have had painful cracks, bleeding, bleeding under the nail bed, and very dry skin, necessitating the use of plasters on my fingers most of the time and frequent moisturizing.
I have frequented East Sheen Nails for many years. I felt compelled to share my experience with their shellac manicure which, despite some regrowth, remains unchipped and nearly flawless even after a month! I highly recommend this salon. It's advisable to book in advance as they are often busy, but the wait is definitely worth it. The service is excellent and the staff are polite and friendly, always remembering your name. I have consistently received great service and always feel heard in my requests. This is my go-to nail place. Consistently fantastic. Five stars!
