I am absolutely thrilled with the haircut I received from Katerina. The entire process, which I typically dread - from not being sure of what I want, to explaining my limitations in terms of styling, to apologizing for the irritated skin on my scalp - all the usual things that make me hesitant to get a haircut, she handled with grace, humour, and empathy, and gave me the best haircut I have ever had. It feels sleek, a tad bit edgy, and even earned approval from my teenager. Thank you, Katerina, it was truly a pleasure. I also appreciate the natural, organic ethos of the salon and purchased a sample of a shampoo bar that I am excited to try. I brought my teenager by the salon this evening for a peek - she is eager to come in for a treatment herself. A definite win-win situation. Thank you.About

I have visited this salon quite frequently and have generally been happy with the service and manicures. However, during my last visit over a month ago, everything seemed fine initially. The day after, I experienced intense pain under the nail beds and around the tips of my nails. I have tried to pinpoint the cause, as I have never experienced this before. It seems to be related to something used on my nails at the salon or something that wasn't used properly.
