Dora is very professional and very precise of what she does! She listened of what I was looking for and the picture of the highlight I wanted it was warm blond highlight, I got exactly the colour I asked for and my hair is not fair and easy hair!
Mimi carried out my blow dry and she did a very good job too!
They all are super friendly and professional.

However, the individual who assisted me in selecting a suitable product for my son's hair was truly exceptional. She was not pushy at all, simply guided me towards the right product. Now, I can easily brush my son's hair without any resistance. Every previous shopping experience has been unhelpful, but this time was remarkably pleasant and memorable. Though I did not catch her name, the lady helped us with a warm smile to find the perfect brush and haircare items for my son's curly hair. She even offered some valuable tips, as I struggle to manage his hair due to its unique texture. She is a shining star, and I am grateful for her assistance.
