Had an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience trying to redeem a voucher I purchased with this merchant. Initially, whilst my voucher was still valid, I attempted to call, text, but received no response. After it expired, the owner offered me an appointment, which was not straightforward as it was scheduled a few months apart. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't make that date, so I rescheduled for a week later, providing her with ample notice 10 days in advance. Throughout this period, I sent multiple texts and emails to ensure she received the change and that my appointment was successfully moved. However, on the rescheduled appointment day, despite my attempts to confirm via phone, I received no response from her. I rebooked for the following month, once again reaching out via text, email, and phone for confirmation. A week later, she simply texted me saying my booking was declined. My negative experience was not related to her massage skills but solely due to the difficulties in booking with her. I wasted time, money, and effort trying to contact her, and my trust in her service was shattered. I have reached out to Groupon as I believe she is not fit to handle the business she is in. Her disregard and lack of consideration towards customers left me thoroughly disappointed.
