I had an incredibly terrible experience today with the eyebrow technician who not only did the opposite of what I requested but was so unwelcoming and confrontational. I left the salon in tears, regretting every decision that led me there in the first place, my face stings from the unprofessional waxing of my eyebrows.
They ask £48 for this service! Keep in mind. Was a regular customer, but had very negative experiences! They lack quality and are extremely overpriced for what they offer!! Will not return, will not suggest. P.S. These are my holiday nails now, fantastic!!!🎉🎉🎉
I usually refrain from leaving negative feedback, but this establishment is genuinely dreadful, and I sincerely do not want anyone else to endure what I went through. I went in for a simple gel nail removal and they used an electric filing tool on every single nail, causing significant damage as the technician repeatedly slipped off my hand.
