Our group of 7 received top-notch manicures and pedicures, each one executed flawlessly. My classic British manicure was absolutely stunning. The staff were not only accommodating but also went above and beyond by creating custom nail colours for some of us. I had an incredibly terrible experience today with the eyebrow technician who not only did the opposite of what I requested but was so unwelcoming and confrontational. The service provided was exceptional, the salon exudes charm, they managed to fit me in for a last-minute appointment, and my nail art was completed swiftly and almost flawlessly. I am deducting a star because upon closer inspection at home, I noticed that the manicurist had not painted the nail all the way to the edge, giving the appearance of a 2-week-old manicure rather than a fresh one. It's only been 5 days, and I already feel the need to have them redone as they look even more aged :(. I am a bit disappointed, but I believe it was an oversight.
