My nails and cuticles were expertly prepped before applying the polish, and the length, shape, and colour were tailored perfectly to my liking. Just look at the charms I chose in the photos I've shared - the nail technician took the time to select them with care. And can we talk about how flawless and symmetrical the French tip is?!!! However, the individual who tended to my nails this time lacked attention to detail and seemed rushed throughout. It's frustrating because by the time I noticed any issues, the job was already done and irreversible.
