I had an incredibly terrible experience today with the eyebrow technician who not only did the opposite of what I requested but was so unwelcoming and confrontational. The service provided was exceptional, the salon exudes charm, they managed to fit me in for a last-minute appointment, and my nail art was completed swiftly and almost flawlessly. I am deducting a star because upon closer inspection at home, I noticed that the manicurist had not painted the nail all the way to the edge, giving the appearance of a 2-week-old manicure rather than a fresh one. It's only been 5 days, and I already feel the need to have them redone as they look even more aged :(. I am a bit disappointed, but I believe it was an oversight.
