Ella Holmes exhibited the lady a picture of my desired nail design. After confirming the design and assisting me in selecting the colours, she commenced the nail service. Unfortunately, the end result did not resemble the initial picture at all. She then informed me that she was unable to achieve the requested design, something she should have communicated at the beginning. I paid £32 for the unsatisfactory nails. Adding to the disappointment, I had previously inquired on Instagram about the possibility of the design, receiving a positive response for £35, contradicting the lady's statement in the store.

Great for acrylic nails and intricate designs. The staff turnover is high, but they are consistently welcoming and can accommodate walk-ins. Avoid the rear car park behind the town street due to numerous potholes. Ample street parking available with careful observation.

The service here is shockingly poor. I presented the gentleman with a picture of the desired nail design and the specific colours from their chart, only to be informed mid-service that he didn't have either colour. The staff is impolite, lacking basic greetings and farewells, and communication is unclear, leaving customers feeling uncomfortable. Where has the concept of service with a smile gone?
