Unfortunately, the end result did not resemble the initial picture at all. She then informed me that she was unable to achieve the requested design, something she should have communicated at the beginning. I paid £32 for the unsatisfactory nails. Adding to the disappointment, I had previously inquired on Instagram about the possibility of the design, receiving a positive response for £35, contradicting the lady's statement in the store.
