Ella Holmes exhibited the lady a picture of my desired nail design. After confirming the design and assisting me in selecting the colours, she commenced the nail service. Unfortunately, the end result did not resemble the initial picture at all. She then informed me that she was unable to achieve the requested design, something she should have communicated at the beginning. I paid £32 for the unsatisfactory nails. I visited Hera Skin for a full body laser treatment, based on my sister's recommendation. The experience I've had there has been exceptional. The staff ensures your comfort and provides reassurance, understanding the vulnerability of the situation.
